How To Order

First things first! 

  • We do not guarantee delivery times. An estimated delivery time will be given when you place your order.
  • We recommend 24 hour advance notice for orders feeding 15 or more persons.
  • Once the order has been submitted to the restaurant, Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Please remember to TIP YOUR DRIVER!

There are FOUR ways to order using Omaha Carry Out. 

1.  Order ONLINE as an INDIVIDUAL

  • Go to the ORDER NOW page
  • Determine your DELIVERY ZONE based on your zip code
  • Choose from the available restaurants
  • Put menu items in your delivery cart
  • Login or create an account (it's free!)
  • Choose your payment method (cash, credit card or house account)
  • Submit your order
  • As soon as we receive your order we will call you to confirm - during our hours of operation

2.  Order ONLINE as part of a GROUP

  • Login or create a login.
  • Set your delivery address.
  • Click on the Group Option
  • Place a check next to each colleague to invite
  • To add colleagues, click "add new colleague"
  • Press Continue
  • Click "Choose Date" next to the restaurant of your choice
  • Select the date and time of delivery
  • Click on "Place Order"
  • Place YOUR PERSONAL Order
  • Click "Continue"
  • Set a Dollar Amount Limit per person if desired
  • Choose if you are paying for the ENTIRE order or each collegue will pay
  • Select the payment method
  • Add comments or special instructions if necessary
  • Click "Place Order" at the bottom of the screen
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the process has begun and when the order has been sent to the restaurant.
  • Each colleague will receive an invitation to join the group order.  Each colleague will be required to LOGIN.

2.  Order by Phone

  • Call Omaha Carry Out at 504-1100
  • Give us your phone number, name and address
  • Tell us the restaurant and menu item numbers that you would like to order

3.  Order by Fax

  • Write down the menu items you want.
  • Fax to 592-8643
  • As soon as we receive your fax, we will call you to confirm your order (during our hours of operation)

4. Fees & Payment

  • There is a minimum food order per restaurant.
  • A service/delivery fee may be added per restaurant (based on restaurant & delivery locations).
  • MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, are accepted.
  • Please tip your driver!  Our drivers work for tips. 
  • We do not honor in-house restaurant coupons, dine-in only specials or restaurant gift certificates. 
  • All menu items, prices and delivery areas are subject to change without notice.
